I walked in looking for a good massage, and I walked out feeling completely renewed. Silvia is an exceptional professional who knows exactly how to release tension and restore mobility. She truly listens to what your body needs. What makes her stand out even more is her warm and welcoming approach!
Alberto provided an excellent massage to help me unwind at the end of my holiday. I really appreciated the way he focused on my neck and back (per my request) and was really conscientious about ensuring that the pressure and strength of my massage met my needs. I will definitely be returning to Spazio Holos and to Alberto for additional massages on our future visits to Colico!
Spazio Holos provided massages for my wedding and could not have been more wonderful. They were communicative, sweet, knowledgeable and the massage felt amazing. We all loved them and they made the wedding day much more relaxed. Thank you!!!

Assolutamente consigliata!Traduzione
Silvia is much more than a masseuse: she is a true professional capable of releasing any muscular tension and getting me back on track every time. As an athlete, my body is often under stress, but thanks to her treatments I always feel reborn and ready to get active again. In addition to her expertise, what sets her apart is the humanity with which she follows each client. Each session is a perfect mix between a therapeutic massage and a moment of total well-being, as if I were going to a friend who really knows how to take care of me. After two years of treatments, I can say with certainty that Silvia is an irreplaceable figure in my wellness journey. Absolutely recommended!

Friends recommended the center to me. I've been going there for a couple of years now, and the quality of the massages and the technical expertise of the owners, Silvia and Alberto, are constantly improving. They have a passion for it, and it shines through in the treatments they offer. I personally use Alberto's strong ++ anti-contraction massage, and when I leave, I feel completely rejuvenated. Recommended for athletes.
